There is an elderly lady that lives alone, she doesn't have an income, her relatives help a little for food and electricity. She has never had hot showers. Her arthritis is now giving her problems with the VERY cold showers. So, we installed a heated shower head and ran electricity to it. We also installed a light and switch. I know this is simple stuff but not to those without means.
